Even though their eyes are closed when really young and they had no fur plus were pink you could see the ones with dark eyes through their eye lids as the skin was so thin I'm guessing. kinderbeano 13 Posted August 1, 2012 Report Share Posted August 1, 2012 albinos have no melanin in there bodys atall (same stuff that makes our skin tan).there born without this pigment so they will never have dark eyes..dark eyed whites are leucistic though meaning they only have a lack or pigment so they have normal dark eyes,the tiny bit of pigment they have also means they stay whiter as there fur dosent bleach yellow in sunlight..
