Richard Morgan 38 Posted July 31, 2012 Report Share Posted July 31, 2012 anybody just starting out such as myself has to take into account obvious factors such as a farmer i had a chat with the other week had hes lambs worried and two killed by lurchers he even went so far as to show me pics on his phone so straight away u where on the back foot so to speak i have however come to the conclusion that much like people every farmer is different, most of the ones ive spoken to arent bad blokes but i havent had much success but just like fishing the fish wont just jump in the boat keep at it mate youll eventually click. 1 Quote Link to post

What have you tried so far - on asking for permission? As already has been said - it can mostly depend on knowing land owners and/or trust, but on the other hand some are lucky to get a decent enough land owner that will give permission.
