horrible stuff is'nt it, took the dog out nice and early on a place that has lots of rabbits on it

and their clued up as they see dogs all the time with all the walkers that use the route

been out about an hour and taken a couple of rabbits, so decided to make my way back to the van

the dogs mouching about a 100yds from me when i see him change i can tell he's pick up fox scent

next thing he's on it and their heading for a copse with the dog right on its a**e when i heard the unmistakable

sound of wire twanging then lost sight of them, walked to the copse to find the dog marking a burrow

he's lay here now with a tear on his chest and a rip on the inside of his back leg narrowly missed his bo**ocks

all cleaned up but feeling sorry for himself,

what gets me mad, is when they put 1 strand only (6in) off the feckin floor . Now there no way that height will have any affect on a cow or sheep, as the next strand above does that.! Its (put) there to feck your dogs up( got to be) . Was out the other day and my mates patx chased a rabbit through the edge, and bang cut him in the chest,! AND THEY WONDER WHY THEY GET FENCES SMASHED DOWN

If it's all wire fence 6" off the floor is off no use at all and is dangerous to stock , last year a horse got caught up in a fence because the wire was so low but luckily it was bull wire so no major damage done ,

I think that to,, round here i've see some wire 5 runs across and then 2 more like / and that \ what the f**k its meant to stop f****d if i know...... all they need is stocking fencing a 2 runs of wire on top of that!

seen it my self on the big fields 2 pins and a length of wire pulled that tight it'd cut your dog in half

and thats the only reason its there, pair of snips sorts it

My 12month pup was close to bleeding out last Sunday coz of the f*****g thing, she jumped blind and caught her leg where the vain splits in to then down to her paw on her back leg.

that's similar to what happened to mine, don't even know how but mine was so deep i could see into her chest cavity! she had to get a blood transfusion. My dad hates the stuff too and every farm we buy he immediately gets rid of all the barbed wire and either high tension 7 strand plain wire in or two wire electric.
