vermin catcher 219
Worms can survive in the intestines not the stomach and i would imagine if a slug that has lung worms eggs inside it is eaten it would only be the lung worm eggs inside that would survive as ive never heard of a dog suffering from a bad case of slugs. Also if your dog eats another dogs shite it is the worm eggs that pass through the stomach to infect your dog not the worms themselves. Millet 4,497
I know fine well that worm's live in the intestine but the egg's and larve still have to get through the stomach when picked up via the mouth..so when you say the stomach acid will dissolve anything that is not true..why are we advised to freeze rabbit's for several week so the dog's don't get worm's from eating the meat that know doubt will get dissolved in the stomach..but the worm larvae and cyst's don't.
