Cycling has always been popular over here , though since Cavendish put the Isle Of Man on the map throughout the world because off his success winning stages in the Tour De France , lots have taken up the sport over here , for every 1 person knockin our Athletes there's thousands supporting them !

scothunter 12,609
Few cycling clubs in my town mate, in fact my old man was in one when he was younger. Cyclings very popular, always passing guys on bikes. It's maybe harder in the city of London though, maybe why you don't see so many. It's certainly not for me lol. I won a mountain bike a few year back in some raffle. Lay in my kitchen for months, still in package. Eventually sold it for 150 to a mate lol

gonetoearth 5,144
Let's not forget big Ben ainsley. The Dane made a complaint. Yesterday. Ben said don't make me angry. You won't like me when am angry lol. So today. Not only did he win , when miles ahead with the Dane in second Ben spilled the wind and slowed down. Got in front of the Dane to steal the Danes boats wind letting the Dutch boat gain second place , then Ben tacked and Went on to win , That what you get when you upset big Ben lol lol All square. Going into the final tenth race on sat know. We're. My money is going

Firstly because of the veledrome but secondly within a 15 min cycle they have the pennines for all the hill work they need to train hard. We often see them crossing the pennines.
