j1985 1,984
Redmills gives mine the runs and they find it hard to keep weight on but on Gain they're spot on, never heard any bad words about Australian stuff though. Quote Link to post
paulus 26
the van i fetch my meat off sells a van load of dried each night by far the main 3 are redmills/gain28 and australian it just depends on which trainer, they all think what they feed is better than what the other trainers are feeding the reality is, there all pritty much the same and its down to choice and how the dog does on it 1 Quote Link to post
RussBoy 77
I'm currently feeding Country Value greyhound feed. 9-10 quid a 15kg sack and dog looks mint on it, nice new coat through gleaming. Quote Link to post

alex1987 164
aussie used to be the dogs bollox but they changed their formula about 18 months ago i think and it went diwnhill imo. i find gain 28 very good but like has been said its not for bulking and when it gets to winter i think ill be adding lamb breast to their diet. also, aussie contains creatine and as most will know creatine needs a loading and maintainance phase followed by a phase without use. if its included in the food you are unable to do this. a few greyhound lads have told me that they found that their dogs ran very well but after a 3-4 months they crashed and they put this down to the creatine Quote Link to post
