Lewis Ste 245
The hw95 isn't a bad shout plenty of accuracy out to 40yards the 97 is just a new version of the 77 both as good as each other 97 just abit quieter Lewis Quote Link to post
Mawders 595
Lol Lewis, I was plinking yesterday and knocking bottle tops off a plank of wood at 60 lased yards with my 95k. They are accurate past 40 yards I can assure you! Quote Link to post

Lewis Ste 245
Lol Lewis, I was plinking yesterday and knocking bottle tops off a plank of wood at 60 lased yards with my 95k. They are accurate past 40 yards I can assure you! some how mawders i dont think he is going to get the quality of your set up for under £200, esspecially not a stage 1 tuned and scope worth more than £100+. maybe if he already had the hw95 he could afford it. secondly we may not be all as gifted with a springer as you are i though i was doing aright getting sub inch groups prone unsupported at 35-40yards with my tuned 97. i still need to try it at futher ranges on paper yet to calabrate the scope properly. iv also just changed to the same pellets as davy and si and they are working pretty well still need to lead the barrel abit more but its looking good so far. lewis Quote Link to post
Mawders 595
Hmmmm then I think a hw95, 97 are out of his price range. Nothing wrong with a second hand lightning and scope package to be honest. Quote Link to post
Lewis Ste 245
iv just seen a second hand hw95 with scope for 200 on a facebook page, id stay away from spanish made bsa springers i know from experience lewis Quote Link to post
