a few diffrent places sell it, it usually comes in 1lb pouches an consists of minced chicken/minced lamb an minced beef, an all have bits of bone/grizzle/feather/fur an they likes in it, i feed my dogs on it an they are thriveing

Not to be picky or having a pop but you make it sound as though it is a specific brand of food "a few places sell it" and "it usually comes in 1lb packs". Could be misleading to someone who doesn't know.

It doesn't have to be commercialised. It can include butchers scraps, meats from supermarket, raw veggies etc.

You can even feed game you catch yourself

wow lol i just answered the guy, what would i have to gain oot it??? it does usually come in 1lb bags, an loads a places are selling it now, even local little pet shops, no its not a brand, i never said it was, an neither did anybody who posted before me, so i didnae feel need to mention it...

an beleive me i know ye can feed what ye catch lol, i do, but even with a constant supply of bunnys you would still need other food to make it a balanced diet, so at some point you are gonna have to buy it in, or feed kibble, i do bow in your superior knowledge, an i shall pm ye all further posts i want to make, just to get your approval before i do lol

fooking clown

I did say I wasn't having a pop at you. I dont know what knowledge you have or haven't got.

What you did do is post something that could confuse the guy. And again you continue to say "it usually comes in 1lb bags". What does? Raw meat?

It comes in trays from tesco, it comes in carrier bags from the butchers, it comes free off your mate down the road when he's shot a few too many for the freezer, it comes from the dinner plate when my missus has cooked too much...

I was just pointing out to the guy that you don't have to buy raw food in 1lb bags for 80p a go or whatever they are, which is how you made

It sound - or at least that's how I read it.

What's with the insults? Can't you have a serious debate without them?

You're making yourself look a clown. Explain your point like an adult instead of being a bell end about it.

Or is it a case of "I'm right and that's it, of you disagree then your a f*****g clown"???

Either way. I disagree.

Barf to me is bones and raw food. Any bones or any raw food. Not specifically for dogs. Just any bones or raw food from anywhere. Why in gods name would you go a pet shop for it and get in in 1lb bags?

well sonshine, i hunt most of the year an im blessed way a load a bunnys on me doorstep, are you?? an i still feel the need to get other food in, now i could go to a butcher, an i do, but most butchers an supermarkets meat has been trimmed off all extras an left with nowt but meat, so i dont want to feed my dogs that, i prefer whole carcass as a rule, an buying the 1lb pouches from the petshop or other retailer an a easy way to do that, dont you agree??

so come on, geez your pearls of wisdom, where do ye get all the extra stuff for yer dogs diet if they live on butchers an supermarket meats???

Your attitude is making me not wanna reply. It stinks like day old tripe.

I don't know what it is your missing mate. I get tripe, hearts, liver, kidney all from butchers. Aswell as bags of scraps which contain anything and everything, I get horse meat from a mate 30 mile away, I get pheasants off a mate who shoots, lamb racks for 10p from another butcher, boxes of chicken wings from tesco.

And no I'm afraid I haven't got loads of bunnys on my doorstep. You are obviously very lucky. There isn't enough game around here to feed my dogs let alone me. My nearest permission is an hour away.

And yes I agree that if you can get 1lb pouches containing meat, offal, bone from a pet shop then it's a lot easier feeding.

But where? All I've ever seen in pet shops is the over priced minced lamb and beef called "prize choice".
