3175darren 1,100 Posted July 23, 2012 Report Share Posted July 23, 2012 Found this in an old book anyone tried it, 2lbs elderberries 2lbs Damsons 1lb blackberries 12ozs blackcurrants 1lb bannanas 1lb raisins 1 pint of red grape concentrate 15 grams oak granules ???? 2lbs of suger 1 tsp pectic enzyme 2 tsp tronozymol [any one know what this is never heard of it before] water to one gallon, and high alcohol yeast I am trying to find a good port recipie which I had years ago but I am stuggling,this one is close to it mind if anyone has got one I would love to see it,as last yr I was awash with freinds who had damsons, knowing my luck that will change this yr, but I am determined to make some any way I thought I would share this to see if anyone out there is interested, Quote Link to post Share on other sites
