Guest Ditch_Shitter
Their Stock Photo Details Here. What it is; When I want to go into town, or anywhere else that takes me off my land and where Small Dog (my JR) can't come, I pop her on a chain and bull ring, here in my living room. I have the chain set just so, so she can't reach my bedding ~ or she'll destroy it. If she was free in here? She'd destroy my books. If I left her in the compound, free? She'd simply follow me up to the road. As it is, I chain her. Only, with nothing else in reach, she's taken to destroying my walls Don't get me wrong; I'm not angry about it. It's probably her age. In fact, I haven't lost any render for a bit now. Only I think I'd prefer her to have her own little 'room', for when I nip out. And this looks a cracker. Obviously, she'd eat her way out of a plastic one. The standard, fold flat, wire ones are just begging for broken teeth. And, anyway, if I must have something sat in the corner, at least this looks attractive. Love those door bars! Anyone heard about what they're really like though? This particular one. Thanks
Guest Lurcherbitch
House kennels was and are a god send to me. I could not of lived without one or two. For dogs with seperation anxioty, that had been operated on, that was just settling but nervy from the other dogs.......god loads of reasons. I bow to the guy that invenetd them . The only problem i have had with them is, when i put one up , all my dogs want to get in it .
antg 1,787
looks a good well made crate. could double as a coffee table for you aswell
highlander 0
Never used that type of crate but I keep all my pups that I get in the utility room in a cage for the first 6months of there lifes so I can house train them then they go to the kennels. I wouldnt be with out them either I think I have about 4 now. The other plus is you can use them in the car if you go away some where I know you dont have transport ditch but if you happen to go in someone elses car means the dog cant trash it. Simoman 110
Ditch, I started using indoor crates about 10 years ago and I think they are the best thing since sliced bread. My initial perception was its too small etc etc but I believe a dog benefits fromhaving its own space, somewhere to sllep in peace or to be secured when its not convinient to have the dogs out. Get one mate and you will be converted...............
MATTI 34
I use them for young dog's and pup's to keep them out of mischeif like chewing stuff they should,nt or pestering the other dog's when your not in to keep an eye them. Fold away one's are perfect for me, like LurcherBitch say's all the dog's try to get in, most of dog's were in a crate as pup's, and probably still feel safe in there. Guest SJM
It looks like something they would transport Hannibal Lecter in could be ideal for a troublesome JR Ditch

Guest Ditch_Shitter
Hang on a minute! Look; All you lovely people are doing ye damndest here to convince me a crate is the Dogs b*llocks. Well, I Know that! That's why I have a huge one, big enough to comfortably contain even my big Dog, stored away here. And yes, it was like musical chairs when I used it. All of them jokeying for a spell in 'That Special Place'. Silly buggers Loved getting in there But ye've all obviously misconstrued my actual question: Anyone heard about what they're really like though? This particular one. I just wondered if any of ye have 'met' this particular model. Is it as good as it looks? Or has it got rough edges and weak fixtures I should be warned against. That's what I'm trying to tease out here. I can pick up a terrier sized 'cage', like my huge one, for thirty quid. But this just looks so much The B*llocks, I'm fierce tempted to push the boat out and get a sweet piece of furniture into the bargain. So, repeat: Has anyone actually seen the above model of crate, in real life, please? Oh and, SJM; That's not Lector. That's the original, by the book and arse tighteningly believable Lector. My avatar! Brian Cox's portrayal, in " ManHunter "

Guest Ditch_Shitter
'Stop .....' That's rich! I think I prefered ye when ye were spending all ye time chasing Dogs all over the place!
