Inner bike tube ?

Hi lads,How do you attach inner bike tube to a fibre glass pole ?

Any pics would help allot

 

Or if i didn't have bike tube is there any way of tying the nylon line onto the pole without grommets for a quickset ?

cut straight across an inntertube pal, till ye are left way wee o rings, like wee elastic bands, then put it over yer pole, twist an over yer pole again, like my daughter does way her bobble an pony tail haha or atleast thats what iv done in past, 1 inertube makes hundreds of bands an ye can cut em as thick as ye want

depending on what size poles your using try the grommets electricians use in back boxes

they've got a groove in aswell for your running lines

lamb castration bands are the best ive found. £2.50 for 100 at any farm store
