River Spinning Rod?

Recommended Posts

Looking for a spinning rod for mincing about on the Tees, got my eye on a 7ft multi-pc 5g-30g rated rod............ or do I need something around 3g-15g considering I’ll be climbing in & out of bushes all day looking for Trout, Grayling (Pike?) Tadpoles & Sticklebacks!

Is there such a thing has a “cast & spinning rod”?

I’m using a 30lb boat rod to spin with at the moment & that’s doing the business.

Drennan esox spinflex 9ft, i really do like these rod's, especially for pike, but also stalking carp, bit of a allrounder, the two and a half test curve help's, i've used it for floater fishing when it's been the only rod i've had with me.

Couldn’t get back on the site to read the thread from my last location :censored: but jumped in & bought a Michell Mag Pro Vertic Drop Shot 3-15grams & Shimano Symetre 750Fi & those Fcking Rapala’s Lures aren’t cheap!

Just got b back today & seen this kit…….not sure if I like it & the Symetre doesn’t fit the rod too good :hmm:
