What breed of terrier should i get?

Hi i was wondering what breed of terrier should i get it must it will be primarily used for ratting and occasional earth work. I have heard that the best are (Plummer's, Jack Russell's and Patterdale's) but haven't go much knowledge in the topic so any advice would be appreciated.

Id go for a patterdale or a lakeland personally both are good alrounders. Ive never had a plummer but ive heard they struggle to go to ground, they were bred as a ratting dog so would be sound for there main quarry. Though im sure a good russell would do the buisness for ya. Good luck with youre purchase.

The dams aurther nixon line and the sire is keeper bread it says they both been dug to a few times but mainly used on rats its on the second page seems like a honest guy to me ther pics of the parents aswell if I needed a pup I whuld have that healthy strong yong dog
