my vet pours a blue liquid down the back of the dog and tells me not to light a fag near it(looks like blue wkd) ?? any ideas as to what it is ? hes a grumpy old farm vet and mumbles alot so ive never understood what it is when he tells me or dared to ask him to repeat himself.

dont know what it could be .....

but barbacide is flammable and is blue .... and it kills mange but dont think a vet would use it

but barbacide is flammable and is blue .... and it kills mange but dont think a vet would use it

had a look at barbacide and it certainly looks like it and the base chemicals have wide ranging uses including a leave on skin antiseptic , nothing would surprise me with my vet!!

barbacide is good if used right but it is harsh and can burn the dogs skin if used wrong ....
