chartpolski 25,310
Don't waste your time on a "starter lamp", mate. Save up and buy the best you can. Believe me, if you buy a cheap 'un, you'll be wanting to upgrade before long, and it will be false ecomomy ! Cheers. 1 Quote Link to post

Simoman 110
Charts is 100% correct, do you mean £100 for the whole set-up? You can get a golf cart battery for £50, a charger from wilkos for £15 and a lightforce lance for about £60................. Quote Link to post

chartpolski 25,310
I use a 240 Blitz, I think it's got by far the best beam for the work I do. Downside is it's size ! You can't hide it in your pocket ! LOL ! I use 12v 12a sealed batteries, carry one and a spare in the car. They do me a night. I got an electronic charger from Maplins for about £18. They don;t boil the battery and are fool proof, can't cause damage if connected the wrong way ! All teamed up with an old army gas mask case, does the job for me ! Cheers. Quote Link to post
the big chief 3,099
the blitz does have a lot better beem but dam they are big like a feking sale when its windy Quote Link to post
