secretagentmole 1,701 Posted July 19, 2012 Report Share Posted July 19, 2012 Because it had no lip on the stock (the mark 3 stock looks similar to an R10 stock). The mark 1 stock is also different here is a list of how to tell the stocks apart. Mark 1 has a bulge just ahead of the trigger guard. Mark 2 has a straight edge all the way down the fore end. Mark 3 has a lip where the buddy bottle screws in, looks similar to an R10! Quote Link to post
