You've done a good job there, keep up the warm, salt water for a day or two if you can, i've seen blackthorns literally "blow" toes away. Another tip, but may not be suitable on your bitch from the sound of it, squirt hydrogen peroxide into puncture wounds, when it reacts and fizz's it will bring a lot of the shit and dirt out with it, makes some of them leap about though.

Yea... :laugh: used that stuff on myself, fizz's out everywhere. She's been out for a mooch this evening, just tem minutes or so, showed no bother whatsoever. Like I said, dogs don't whinge like people.. ;)

C*** of a thing Blackthorn, a friend had a very bad infection years ago to the dreaded stuff, imagine how hard it is to find on a dark coloured rough coated dog.

 

I'm sure she has the best attention Mike, ;)
