Free Low Life Scammers

With the help of several members here, DaveL the site owner, various Police forces around the UK where people have been scammed, and Merthyr Tydfil Police, the two scammers have been arrested.

 

This from PC Jones....

 

"Mr Chapman

Sorry for the delay in the response. I can confirm that two suspects have now been arrested for the frauds. Both persons have been interviewed and mobile phone and computers used for the frauds have been seized and are to be sent away to be examined. They were interviewed and basically blamed it on each other.

Both suspects have been bailed for ten weeks for this to be done and further witness statements as another 5-6 victims have contacted me in relation to being victims of the same fraud.

Once all this evidence has been collated the file will be referred to the crown prosecution to make charging decisions.

As soon as I have a further update for you I will email you but this could take 10-12 weeks just for you to be aware.

Could I suggest that any other members here who feel thay may have been scammed by this pair, or know others who may have, contact PC Jones or make a complaint to their local Police referring them to PC Jones.

 

If you have the time, please post a link to this thread, or copy it, to other airgun forums so that other victims might stand some chance of getting their money back.

A real bad scammer is Mark Hoodless of Nottingham hese done plenty of people (My son included for £280.00)

Google his name and see, how he escapes jail is a wonder, the Notts police seem to ignore the dozens of complaints from people who,ve been done, another slimeball who wants attending to.

I'm from Merthyr and we have our fair share of scum bag's but were not all like these people,it give's the town a bad name.
