Despatching rabbits

As a newcomer to rabbiting and hunting in general, when stretching a rabbits neck, how likely is the rabbit to bite and how much damage does it usually cause? This may sound like a strange question but I'd like to know what to expect and hopefully handle with confidence and kill cleanly.

They can't bite you if you do it correctly mate, Get someone to show you how to dispatch a rabbit humanely before trying on your own.

Steve if you drive you should see if Bearinator can go out with you and show you how to dispatch when you catch I assume you are ferretting the rabbits out.

Pick it up by the scruff then it cant bite you,once you have it take hold of the back legs with the other hand, then slide your hand that has it by the scruff upto the neck and bobs your uncle
