Matt 160
I would have thought that given the amount of rain that we've had here, and the fact that Shepton was flooded yesterday, it must be at risk of cancellation. The sun shone here for about an hour this morning, and I reckon we've had an inch of rain in the last two hours. It's going to be no fun for anyone if it stays like this. Matt 160
Take a look at the picture here Tomo: http://www.cla.org.uk/ It takes weeks to set these big events up, and I think they decided that the ground just wasn't going to recover in time for the show. spade 224
Its forecast heavy rain tomorrow and the ground round there is pretty wet already. My lad plays cricket at Knipton just next to the entrance to the kennels and the ground was flooded several inches deep last weekend. Hope they are going to compensate the traders this year.
