derbylad1 293
I've seen vans being used and then i have seen 8 miles being done. Now dont jump down my throat on this..in case i'm getting this wrong. But 8 miles on the road behind a van can be too excessive to the ankles & feet. but like i say, if the 8 miles is on soft ground then ya dogs will be ready for the season in no time. Got mine free running 40 mins in the morning and then 1 hour+ in the evening. I've one one in semi-retirement, so the other will get some extra behind the bike a couple of times a week. Nothing too much at the moment, just try and time their fitness coming in right for the season. Dont want them peaking too early. Edited July 11, 2012 by derbylad1 Quote Link to post
