been doing mine 4 mile before work for last month and just started taking him on a night aswell so upto 8 mile see how he copes with it

that will keep his feet nice and tight running him out twice a day and it should cut down the threat of foot injurys in the cumming season

I've seen vans being used and then i have seen 8 miles being done. Now dont jump down my throat on this..in case i'm getting this wrong. But 8 miles on the road behind a van can be too excessive to the ankles & feet.

but like i say, if the 8 miles is on soft ground then ya dogs will be ready for the season in no time.

Got mine free running 40 mins in the morning and then 1 hour+ in the evening. I've one one in semi-retirement, so the other will get some extra behind the bike a couple of times a week. Nothing too much at the moment, just try and time their fitness coming in right for the season. Dont want them peaking too early.

Two hours free running a day and 5 mile slow jog on the running machine

fair play to ye s lads ye s must have alot of time on your hands id love to have that much time on my hands every day

im bk from work by half 3 every day and find it helps unwind and 6 miles at about 8 mph only takes about half an hour and dont need to do it when the season starts running them keeps them fit
