I then tryed to open her mouth and she yelped again?? She seems ok in her self and there's no swelling to the outside off her face. Any advise would be great. Should I take her the vets? RossM 8,120
Wasn't one of them medicine ball sized tennis balls you get from pound stretcher was it? Serious note though, How far did you open her mouth did she yelp when you touched her muzzle, jaw, check her gums, especially round the teeth, does her tongue or throat look inflamed? If you can't see anything obvious seek advice from a vet.

I can only open her mouth about 1 1/2 inch before she yalps and pulls away like so I can't check anythink apart from the outside which seems fine I'm going take her to the vet to be on the safe side thanks for your replys
