Moved in this address, set up the phone... Engineer came out.... After 2 weeks fcuking about phones finally working.... All good for 8 months until one day the phone is cut off.... No reason.... I rang them up and they said it's a fault, 24 hours and it will be back on....engineer 'fixes' problem.... Phone not on... 24hrs..... Same story for 3 weeks, money still coming out the bank.... We don't get a mobile signal in the house, kids in the house, no contact with me when I'm at work etc. Rang them up going mental, after 40 minutes the guy comes on and says 'your phone has been cancelled and disconnected, we haven't received a payment from you in 8 months, you owe us £1100 with fees..... Feck off. I've got the statements here you stupid Cnut! Another 30 mins of being on hold.... I'll ring you back.... No phone call.... Rang them up and they still couldn't work it out.... The people before us hadn't cancelled the phone and they had somehow ran our line + bill alongside their continuous bill..... 'sorry sir, we will fix the line now'...... STAFFY poacher 90 Posted July 10, 2012 Report Share Posted July 10, 2012 (edited) sky is no better had sky on for 2 weeks with broadband and calls,,,,,,,,all free connection etc...with only 10 quid up front that will be deducted off my first bill of 42 quid........so in theory first standing order will be 32 quid.........had a twxt off them today saying couldnt take payment from account ?? so rang em told me i owe odd quid now when the payment isnt even due till the 28th..ive only had t,v on for 15 days and broadband and phone for 2 days Edited July 10, 2012 by STAFFY poacher Quote Link to post Share on other sites
