countrylad2 2
hiya again iv just been down tescos to get some chiken legs but could only get thighs and i picked up some lamb liver and just wanted t know if it is ok for them to eat Quote Link to post
Ferret mad Dave 65
The chicken is fine and the liver I would think its ok some thing I have never fed Quote Link to post
Tug 168
That sounds great, but only give them a bit of liver at a time. Chop it up and freeze the rest in an ice cube tray (makes for easy portion control). Liver is quite rich and too much can go through them too quick. They'll love the chicken Quote Link to post
countrylad2 2
should the chicken be cut up or left on the bone for them to sort out Quote Link to post
Tug 168
Leave it on the bone. KFC would be no good with a knife and fork now would it Quote Link to post
Ferret mad Dave 65
They will find it Easyer too eat off the bone cutting into bits makes it hard work they have too try hold it while eating Quote Link to post
whippet 99 2,613
shoot a few pidgeons mate with your air rifle or crows , raw egg , milk. mix it up as much as you want, mate . if i see fresh road kill i feed it to them as long as its warm and you know its road kill for sure, they will eat it. forever picking up pheasants in the winter for food , my mates think im mad. they love it edit to say dont go on the road unless your with a parent, be careful . but if you are with dad and you see something and its fresh take it on for them.
