v-max 2 Posted May 28, 2007 Report Share Posted May 28, 2007 Hello i know this is diffrent but 37gVARGET with 87g v-max sorry never tryed 75g in 243.Varget is a good powder good coverage of bullet wieght's but is a new powder to me but i got a new tub for a £10 & look to try it in my 22.250 or 25/06. So you are hell bent on making that .243 come up tp 6.5 X 55 or 6.5 X 68 standard. If yo are prepaired and I think you are for what ever reason there may be behind your ways of thinking, I could put you in touch with a bloke from my old home country that makes bullets out of solid copper on a CNC lathe to a very very tight tillerance. His minimum order is 500 and he will take his time for the individual wishes that you may have, Here is one of a .243 hollow point .... a thing of beauty and if that don´t give you a twitch in the denims, he will make what ever you want.
