jjbull 38
just been out to feed the ferrets and the new one i rescued a few months back has started losing hair off her face and wondered if it could be mange but thought it would of kicked in before now the skin is not red, sore or broken she has a couple of small ticks behind her ear which ive treated with frontline spot on is there anything that i can get that would treat mange rembering that the hair loss is on her face Quote Link to post
cragman 2,770
Is she scratching because of the ticks? Without seeing her, it's a little difficult to say. In the past I've always used Benzyl Benzoate for skin complaints associated with mange. The cream's available from your vet. This needs careful application, as the cream can and does block the skins pores. Wash it off after a few hours and reapply a couple of days later. Quote Link to post
