As young teenage boxers one of our regular runs used to be the old Grand Union canal near the Mile End Rd East London.....early 1 saturday morning 3 of us were running and we found a human hand !!!......Not really knowing the seriousness of it 1 of us  kicked it into the canal............later in the week it was on the news and papers etc that a local bloke had been ironed out in a pub fight and when the fella realised he,d killed him he chopped him up and scattered bits of him round Mile End they was appealing for witnesses but we was too scared to say anything at the time :icon_redface:

No wonder we all grew up f****n disturbed !

Had my terriers out one saturday Tea time , went up through a steep sided wood , got near the top and whistled the bitch up too me , could just about make her out through the folige , she answered like a collie normally , anyway she wouldnt come and that wasnt the norm , i went back down and she was walkin round a body off a bloke , i literally got the shock off my life !! phoned the police and they arrived and done what had to be done , really bad when the cause off death came out , he had slipped down the bank got his leg stuck and could get himself unstuck and died off hypothermier , i had to go too inquest , really sad when all the facts came out .

The terrier found, started to rip open and eat three big catering packs of bacon at the back door of the meat processing factory. It was early one morning while exercising the dogs when I lived in St Helens and the factory backed onto a coal slag heap we used to run the dogs up. Obviously somebody working there had stashed them for picking up later. I am a little ashamed to say we had them away and many a bacon butty was eaten over the following weeks
