Addition of couple of new pcps in my collection

Bought these two recently diana p1000 and walther dominator 1250 both in .22 fac.well bought these two based on availability in my location .My first choice was Walther but p1000 arrived first in the market so bought the p1000 a week ago and walther came in today .After testing both Diana seems to be a lot better in feel and mechanically.p1000 is doing 980 fps with 16 g jsb and walther is doing 925 fps with the same .

Need some useful tips for taming new pcps for max accuracy .cause my s10 was used and doing quite well.

The dominator looks very similar to an umarex 850 air magnum!

 

Best advice? Get some lead down them barrels and blow some targets to kingdom come. In the past, I've whacked two tins of spitfires down it to save dosh then used my nice pellets

I've been advised to do that first in the past with new guns.

Ye, they tend to have a coat of lube that protects the barrels when in storage usually

Thanks chris k ,will write about it in detail soon these days its way to much heat in my location even in the evening time.Just waiting for weather to cool off.

Thanks robwelsh ,any other useful tip please do share.the side liver on the walther 1250 is very hard to pull and push as well any tip regarding this problem.

If its new it could ease up, but if not its how it is to stay mate. I cleaned my barrel today, again, because I had a lot of pellets,diffrent ones too so decided to give it a pull through..and it wasn't all that dirty. Some nice kit you got, the p1000 looks like a cz .22lr I had a look at not long ago. Atb

oh man, i'm kinda jealous of your p1000 mate, i think its the nicest looking pcp on the market so it'll be great to hear how it shoots from someone who's not being paid to advertise one..

Thanks mate you are 100% right this is a pure hunting airgun if i compare it with walther and s10,it really feels great in hands and its got the same scope you are using on your hw100kt.By the way you also have great airguns in your inventory.
