jigsaw 11,890
.I intend to mate my kelpie X bitch next year possibly so if theres any 3/4 g.houndsX1/4 collie(even kelpie) type stud out there thats fairly well rounded in various areas of capturing living breathing thingys let me know.Im not into killing foxes so that side of things wont matter, just a decent brainy mooching buddy.I am not interested in whippets either as my last dog snapped his two front legs on the ground I ran.Im still traumautised after it,lol. The one thing that might be against me is the bitch aint the most sociable of animals and could be a bit reluctant to get her cherry poped and this would be her 1st litter if she takes a dog.If you people hav something that might suit Id be very interested in chating.I have 6 months or there abouts to sort so no rush. 3 Quote Link to post

jigsaw 11,890
chid scents dogs gone to the happy hunting grounds,as for lurcher330 I will be meeting up with him soon enough at a show I reckon but im looking for more than a lamper and fox slayer,im not saying his dog is only that cause I dont know but I;ll get the run down on all that when we meet up.I would be looking for a dog that works the nets and has a good temprement and a few other bits thrown in to the mix too. jazz 30
Crooky on here has a 1st cross collie greyh bred by tip ratcher he's only a young dog bout 2 ish and not obviously ful filled it's potential but is a cracking dog,it's caught a fair bit already, marks n ferrets ,good lamper, but what I like most is were ever you take it the dog willfind game for you has all the credentials to catch it what ever it is.He will hunt up partridge and snatch em out of the air as they take up.26" tts and built like a strong greyh, real fast take off typp uses fell collie so you get much finer stamp of dog, anyw all the best with the search. Guest born to run1083
Good luck in the search . I presume your going to see the dog work before any lining takes places. Many on here will claim that there dog is doing the deed day and night. But I truly wonder at what standard. With all these super dogs around I'm shocked when I see a for sale ad ............
