graham4877 1,181
maybe its just me reading this wrong but they posted the picture to raise funds to treat the dog a couple of hours after the accident wouldn,t the vet just treat the dog and worry about the bill later ? No mate i'm reading it the same as you, unless we are thick c**ts 2 Quote Link to post
Tallyho 181
after reading that how can the whitness be sure it was thrown and not jumped out the opening at the top of the trailer , but then again it sounds more dramatic and will get people to put hands in pockets if told it was thrown. 2 Quote Link to post

vixen 528
poor thing.......what an absolute idiot of an owner putting the dog somewhere it could obviously escape out of a moving vehicle, then just leaving the poor dog in the road because it was scared , i really do hope they find out who he was, but surely the witness would have taken reg number?? pip1968 2,490
surley there is cctv on that stretch ov the m56 so the police can look into this even if the dog jumped from the trailer the owner should have stayed with the dog shameful 1 Quote Link to post

Work them hard 339
To be honest even if it was an accident, If it was my dog and it snapped at me i would not leave it in the middle of a bloody road! Quote Link to post
Mustard. 83
I seen one of theses adverts on facebook. It said. Look at this poor dog,it was tied to the toebar of a car and dragged for miles. Fuuck me,it was obvious the dog was'nt dragged for miles.Honest mistake,i'd say! Pulled a few yards, after someone taking their wellies off after a walk and forgetting about the dog. Who in their wright mind, would pull a dog around the road by the toebar.. Quote Link to post
francolin 449
dog is thrown out on purpose, then they stop to look at it befor driveing off, me thinks theres more to this one, either way to leave it at road side is a shit trick, Quote Link to post
paulus 26
if a dog jumped out of the back of a horsebox at 70mph in the middle lane of the motorway i doubt very much the person driving would even notice and even if it was quiet as stated it still would have caused chaos in the middle lane of a motorway 1 Quote Link to post

graham4877 1,181
Stephanie Bradshaw It was my husband who saw this happen and stayed with her for 2 hours he was devastated to be witness to something so traumatic x Paul has made a bond let's hope that we can be the ones to give her a home x Paul Bradshaw HI all all.iv just created this account because i dont come on facebook.i was the driver at the scene who witnessed the incident and sat with the lurcher (i named her Lucky) for 2 and a half hours on the hard shoulder of the m56.it was heart breaking 2 witness what happed as im a dog lover myself with my own 3 yr old border collie...when the owner returned to the scene then left when he saw the extent of the injuries i was sickened...i could maybe of given him the benefit of the doubt if he hadnt returned! Iv asked the vet and rspca if we could adopt her if she pulled through(dont know if WAW were aware of this) and we are already raising money for Lucky\Hatty through friends and family. Il never forgive myself for not getting this scumbags reg number! I hardly slept last night thinking of poor Lucky..i just hope my wife an i can adopt her if she pulls through to come and live with us.and our border collie would love a new sister to play with.thanks all for your donations to WAW,it shows there are still many good people out there Thank you again Paul x on Warrington Animal Welfare's timeline something real funny about this Quote Link to post
