Update on Rosie.

Recommended Posts

Hi, thought I'd just have a little write up on how Rosie is coming along.

She is 14 weeks old now, recall is coming along.

Retrieving is getting there, sometimes she will just ignore me or just run off like a nutter, but we've had a good couple.

But overall I'm happy with how she's coming along slowly but surely. Don't want to rush things!

Here's some pictures.

Teach through play and have fun with her: plenty of time to get serious when she's older: all work and no play makes a pup dull and resentful. Let her have a puppyhood. She is lovely, but does look a bit light: what are you feeding her on?

Get her on some decent grub: Beta is mostly cereal. What she needs is first class protein: a top quality puppy food: Iams, Purina etc, or a good balanced raw diet: chicken wings, chicken carcases, minced beef, breast of lamb, bit of rice pudding, tinned fish, cooked eggs, little bit of liver from time to time, slice of brown bread with the afore mentioned.
