PlasticJock 539
Get an empty toilet roll tube and fill it with concrete.... Insert this into your shoe where your arches would be then crack on. Over a few weeks this process will raise your arches and make you feel like a new man

bird 9,938
ive got them as well, just where good shoes , you can get a support to put in them if it gets very bad.One thing it does affect is your lower back, over the years you get back pain through having flat feet.. skycat 6,173
I have problems with my feet too: go to your doctor and explain the problem. They will send you to the Orthotics department at your local hospital and fit you with some tailored insoles especially for your feet. Won't cost you a penny and you can put them into any of your shoes or boots. The insoles I've got literally kept me on my feet as I was in agony when tramping around over plough etc.
