MUDD 374
I've just been offered a full time job in the meat industry. Ive done that type of work before and know what to expect. Money's better Than the job I'm in now but there's a bit off a drive to it. I'm currently working 5 mins from home. Not sure to go for the better paid job or sit tight in the one I'm at. Better the devil you know and all that. What shall I do ? Any ideas ?

darbo 4,776
as above. but ask yourself are you really happy in your present job? ive moved jobs quite a number of times in the last 30 years. sometimes a good decision sometimes not. in this present climate the lure of a full time job would be very appealing. Lab 10,979
Is this new job a permenant job and not likely to fall through in the near future.? Why not go too your boss at the minute and tell them you have a chance of a new job and you would like a pay rise too stay. If they say 'No' then you say....
