Healthy rabbits or not?

Recommended Posts

Hi guys, wanted your opinion on a couple of questionable rabbits I've shot recently.

Most of the bunnies on my permission are very healthy, but I've taken a few recently with what appears to be a tumour of some sort on their abdomen.

What you you do with these? I've been leaving them in the bushes for the predators.......

Looking at the size and shape, I'd have to say it looks like one of it's nuts.

But it is strange that it has no fur on it :hmm: maybe it's been getting so much action the friction's rubbed it off

All the bucks I've shot (rather a lot!) have had almost hairless knackers.

Yes ALMOST being the norm (well very short fur) but the one above is totally bald, maybe not reached puberty yet    or it went for a Brazillian wax?

Shot a rabbit a couple a weeks ago that had a pure bald chest and it was covered in lumps like that (a buck also). Don't no what it was but it didn't look to appetising. I threw him in the hedge, maybe I shoulda took a few photos of him and posted them up here. :hmm:
