Best cross for rabbits?

Hi

I am a whippet men through and through. I have 4 that I race very sucessfully. I would love a dog for lamping.

What would you guys suggest as the best for rabbits, I dont want anything too big as my whippets are small 20" tts. so I want something ideally 21" or under.

you have 4 that race sucessfully put one on the slip and get it out in field no point buying another dog to feed when youve got 4 there that will do the same job on the bunnys

they'll probably rag it to bits ,chasing a lure for a few years without catching it theyll give it some stick a live one when caught ,unless its ferret fodder or out else

just a thought it may not happen???????????

theyll soon learn if hed take time out and spent a bit of time with them 1 outa 4 bound to do something write and do what there bred to do hunt rabbits

yes I race at hoe,

rabbitting isnt great for race dogs, they pick up too many injuries, and it ruins them for racing. Some dogs dont want to chace a dirty rag when they hve tasted bunny!
