whippet 99 2,613 Posted June 22, 2012 Report Share Posted June 22, 2012 fair play mate , i dont bother this time of year for one the grass/crops are too long and you only make them lamp shy for the winter, but to eradicate for control the long net is handy this time of year, running dogs through crops. usually the ground is like concrete aswell. i do try and respect what i hunt this time of year and let them breed freely ready for winter . but i dont disagree with it if its got to be done 1 Quote Link to post

ferret1988 20 Posted June 23, 2012 Author Report Share Posted June 23, 2012 well what a night it was blowing a gale and pouring with rain up on the north moors but what a night got 37, and shot another 17 in farm yard on arrival waiting for it too get dark. i went with some lads on there land as the farmer wants them yp there 24/7 he as cut the grass fields for the cattle and the moors we pretty soggy under foot with all rain so not a bad night tbh really enjoyed it Quote Link to post
