lol youngman....   well when you take into account a fox is a v smart mammal... what i mean is a fox usually would not dig its own hole!!! it will use all sorts from drains to undersheds... rabbit

if you join the fell and moorland they have a rescue service and will deal with all the paperwork side of things aswell if ever the need arrises.

only when it suits them.....

first point of call is the landowner -- then the rescue servies police they`ll inform the fire brigade they all turn up the fire service will ring the pdsa or rspcca or local animal rescue for advice --- they put food out a cardboard box and a blanket to see if the dog comes out next day if your lucky they`ll try to get a licence to disturb the sett --which is then watched over by a rep or members of the local badger watch group while any rescue work is carried out if your terriers still alive after 3 days to ground they all get a mention in the local press you get slapped wrists and stump up a donation to the animal rescue centre and a possible bill from the landowner for any damage --the rspca leave it 3 weeks and pop round to check your kennels the local plod keep an eye on you till they get board with it oh yea and a few week later and a few week after that and a few more times the rspca drop in on you ... the cost of a pint and a packet of fags -- could save you a load of shit join the FMWTC.. imo anyone that owns a working terrier of any type should be a member
