There are many variables in breeding Lurchers; what work does the Dam do ? What work does the Sire do ? What work do you want the pups to do ? Do you want to put more speed in the line... or hieght, brains, coat, feet, etc ? Is the bitch REALY worth breeding from ? Can you buy a pup in that will do the same job as what you are hoping to breed ? Have you got homes for any excess pups ? If you have answers to all this and still want to breed, then give great thought about the Sire. Your bitch has FOUR different breeds in her already, so I personaly wouldn't want to add any more. So that would limit you to something with Collie/Whippet/Bull/Greyhound in it, as a Sire. There are some great dogs around with that type of breeding. Just make sure you use a GENUINE dog as the Sire and you won't go far wrong !
