women who cry rape should be given long prsion sentences

Well I'm glad you've said something. Yes there are some dirty b*****ds out there who ruin women's lives but reading the report something sounds really fishy. Sounds like a " oh dear there's my husba

It strikes me that the field sports slant is entirely irrelevant. He's either a rapist or he isn't and should face the consequences if he's guilty, irrespective of his pastimes. In all walks of life

Nowadays the guidlines are if she,s bevvied , it,s rape , makes it hard for the likes of me who don,t have much luck with sober women.

Don't worry mate your not alone...lab has the same trouble

It took eleven hours for the jury to decide . . . .. so im guessing we are not getting anywhere near all of the info.

I don't think the fact that hes a huntsman has anything to do with it.

One thing i don't get was - she was wrecked, and decided to get a lift home with the huntsman, yet her husband had gone home to fetch the car, to come back, to give her a lift home????? How much sense does any of that make?

My point is that our enemys will love such reports for their propaganda machines. They already make the public very aware of the fact that psycopaths often start off by abusing animals. They will love rape and paedophile convictions of significant figures in the fieldsports community to grease the propaganda machine!

GTE, I must admit, from the evidence stated in the report I am amazed that they got a guilty conviction.

I feel the same mate, and know wwhat you mean, it'l be on the lacs by tomorrow!

what i find funny about all this is she ran from his car and flagged down a car and it was her hubby driving the said car!

hubby caught her cheating and (I think yous know what i'm sort of thinking ) Not saying it was like that , after all a jury has found him guilty

Not knowing all the facts we must trust the courts judgement.

I just feel, based entirely on that one news report, that the evidence could have been interpretted in a number of ways, like you.

But i didn't put this thread up to pass judgement and wouldn't want to upset the innocent further. I'm just concerned about the image all this sex crime shite is gonna give fieldsports when the antis start rolling it out to the masses.

like we trusted parlament for appeal of the hunting act..........

theres loads of shagging goes on in the hunts ....... married farmers wifes, pritty things are only interested in the wallet etc

i was on the jury for a inquest into the deaths of naval men when a lynx helicopter ditched in to the sea, and trust me the result was accidental death ,which i believe wasnt the case but because you have to follow guide lines the answer is more or less spelled out for you , taking in the evidence. it wasnt nice hearing there last words on radio before they died, poor families involved, but i was a part of a minority who said no sufficient evidence, but the answer was clear following guide lines...............

be honest no one new what happen really, how can you say it wasnt mechanical judging on a helicopter which was smash to pieces , same impact as hitting concrete as it was the sea .................. terrible, the courts do get it wrong

Rape is an ugly act for a woman(or guy) but so is false rape. Going with what has been printed if I was on that jury, i would have voted not guilty. Now that's just my opinion on the evidence I've read on here. If he is guilty the justice has been served but I've got a feeling he will get out under appeal.

The Duncan, Ideation; you have both missed my point! I didn't for one minute suggest him being a huntsman had f**k all to do with him being found guilty. What I quite clearly said was that a huntsman being convicted of rape and the head of Pubs being convicted of rape, paedophilia and animal abuse will be used by the antis as propaganda against us all. Two serious sex crime cases of significant figures in the fieldsports community with in a week of each other, the fecking antis will be loving it!

There is a fine line between taking advantage and all out rape. Going by his age, he'd have known she was married, her age, his position and the fact he was sober and her sozzled. I'd say he took advantage of her but rape, canny see it.
