i know that it might sound funny, but did you try leaving a radio on in the kennels when your not around.

some times that helps them to settel a bit.

she is in with a dog, they get on ok.she even pisses him off sometimes.

i left her kennel door open while it was pissing down and she just sat looking out barking.....strange fecking creature

Some people might not like this but you should try taping her mouth closed for an hour then take it off for a while then put it back again for an hour and jst keep doing this and see if she shuts up!

IMO a temperament you can't live with is as bad a fault as something that fails in its work. I've 'parted' with dogs with similar problems in the past. May be OK if you live or kennel the dog in the middle of nowhere, but not for me.
