welshphil 185
Hi all, bit of a long shot but I thought I'd ask..... my 16 year old son is on a weight bulking programme to compliment his rugby and is eating me out of house and home!! I wondered if anyone knows of any Poultry companies in South Wales that have a factory shop where I could get some cheap chicken/turkey breasts? The only other alternative is to have the little f****r adopted Cheers in advance Phil

Irish 78
Use carbs to bulk up , still get the protein in for muscle repair. if he needs size and weight gain without definition. Up the carbs is the way to go, not neglecting the protein for muscle recovery as i said.

He's just eating so much of everything at the moment that I think i'll have to get a second job just to feed him , hence why I was hoping to source a cheap supply of poultry. As I said earlier though, I'd be happy to have him adopted , with a bit of luck the missus might go with him as well
Caib 49
Any wholesale butcher will do 5 kilos for about £25, works out about £1-£1.10 a breast, thats how much I pay

Agree with irish on this one..There is a shake called "critical mass", get him to buy it, its £37 for a 4.4kg in the bodybuilding shop over here, but you'll get it on ebay or amazon for cheaper.. Take it morning, afternoon and before bed, it contains 928 calories in it and alot of protein.. Also one called "mutant mass" but it is alot dearer, although it has more of everything in it. Tell him to mix a tin of tuna with pot noodle for lunch.
