thats about all you can do mate,but use your smallest diameter perches to encourage the bird to perch,i usually tek thin branches off the buddlea bush int garden and when the bandage becomes soiled,take it off and see if it as improved,if not put some more on,also i had a goldie pair whose young were prone to this so i started dusting their soak seed in limestone powder,and the next 2 clutches came out fine :thumbs:

Seems to have done the job and the thin perches do help so thanks Craigyboy for the tips :thumbs: ,it's not 100% normal but is allmost there and good what a bit of sticky plaster can do at times.
