:laugh: So it doe's, had to have a second look to see how you where seeing it :laugh: I know what's happend here, its a mk6 trap and there only young rats, its taken the weight of 2 of them to push the plate down.

 

Just imagen scoffing a peanut butter sarnie and along comes your brother and puts a real downer on the day..thats kinda whats happend here :laugh: :laugh:

I have the young rats on my mark 6 nicking the bait and the trap doesnt go off , ive reset the trigger plate so it goes off with slight touch but the young rats still get away with it lol , always catching the adults though , im just gunna keep baiting the young till they are heavy enough for the trap to go off , atb

Try fastning the bait to the plate with a bit of light fishing line..they have to pull and push to try get the bait off the plate. Iv reset mine that fine..if a flea lands on it..it should set it off .

Nice one Nick...It works ok..they cant just sneak the bait of they have to push and pull and thats it mate...lights out time.!!
