With only 18 hours to go until hotilities commence in the 'Ring of Champions' i'm in for a sleepless night.

Who knows who will walk away with the silver ware this year :hmm:

Will it be the trophy hunter from Yorkshire, who's dogs look the part and give him some strange sort of sexual high when he pulls on they;re tails. :icon_redface:

Or will it be the man from Nottinghamshire, who's dogs, like gladiators, take all before them in just about every ring he goes in. :o:hmm:

Pictures and a write up tomorrow from our roving reporter.

Nice day for it anyway. Plenty of cleavage about, people being nice to each other and then hostilities commenced. :big_boss:

No sign of the Yorkshire tail lifter this year, must have moved on to bigger and better things ;) , not a bad turnout though.

Of coarse the bloke from Notts was here again, he had to return the trophies from last year anyway, before sweeping all before him with his little gladiators. Not being a smart arse here folks, they were nice looking animals. B)

I entered the arena, confident of picking up my first rossette in over three years and nearly fell over when the judge ( nice guards tie ) asked me if my bitch had been fighting with another dog :icon_eek::laugh: . I blushed for him and accepted second place, for dog with the waggiest tail ( soon to be outlawed by Labour, as wagging tails in some parts of Asia is an insult ) :o

The old judge was right and picked out the best looking dogs for the final showdown :search: , in my opinion anyway, and we were set for the bloke from Notts to complete a clean sweep before setting of to be deafend by the terrier racing.

Now i'm not to sure if the first 'runners' had seen a brush before, but that didn't matter as no one chased it anyway.

Next race same thing, although a couple of sports did the honourable thing and start fighting :black eye: :black eye:

A few pictures to end with and that was the end of my show season for a while, i don't think i could stand the excitement every weekend. :tongue2:

Some hounds, ( not to be called dogs )

I'll put more pictures on when i've sussed out how to.
