hyperion 122
still trying to figure out how that works. do you let go og the peg, the neck loosens and the peg hits the ring, but its still round the dogs neck isnt it? You let go of the toggle, the loops slips off the end of it, drops down through the rabbit ring and the dog is loose! Quote Link to post
paulus 26
strongstuff made me a very simular leads to that the year before last but in nylon webbing took a bit of time to get the ring position and handle length sorted though Quote Link to post

I had to make several versions before I got one that was right for me and the dog! the ones i've got now dont look any thing like these first few I made They might be a little fiddly to put back together but they are brilliant if you have a strong dog, no more rope burns round your fingers! Millet 4,497
more to the point the dogs are not running with collars on I run mine with collar's on Paul and one of the main reason in doing so is to distribute the pressure around the neck because when out lamping number's the dog's would end up damaging there throat's through pulling like a train to get of the lead when another dog is running.. 5 Quote Link to post
