reeking rabbits 15 Posted June 18, 2012 Report Share Posted June 18, 2012 I just ordered a Nikon Stirling nighteater 4-16x50, wanted a prostaff but it's only 3-9x50 so was wanting a little more mag. Hopefully should do the job, At £159 it didnt break my budget either. Quote Link to post

What scope did you end up getting? There's that many conflicting reports about how much you need to spend on a scope for a HMR. I got the nikko sterling because it was in budget, I do not expecting it to be build or perform like a top of the line scope, long as it can hold a zero and last me a couple of years i'll be happy! Then I can buy something more top of the line... But then again maybe it will be good enough for my needs, Only time will tell! Quote Link to post
