Phantom 631
I have three scopes that I actually use, my Lupold MK4 has long been my normal hunter. I have a Hawke 4-12x50 HD Sport (which I am waiting for the gun it was on to be returned). Decided to put it on my baby the other night instead of the MK4. The only gripe I have about it is that the IR is a little too strong even at the lowest setting. But when I used it in conjunction with my contact lenses the other night it was absolutely freaking superb In the low light it out performed the MK4. Often I have to shoot towards street lights, this is where the MK4 lets me down as I got it cheap as a second because it has a slight blemish on the objective lense coating. The Hawke performed flawlessly even with the street lamp in front of it acting as a back light Cant wait until its back on the rifle it belongs on Tony Quote Link to post
andyfr1968 772
My little JSR 2-7x32 is the best field sight I've used. Strong, compact, simple and clear. Knocks the spots off a lot of far more expensive gear for hunting IMO Quote Link to post
longstop 3
Bushnell & mamba lite all the way far cheaper than leopold & zeiss and do the same job, cheers then. Rabbit stew is nice aswell . Quote Link to post
