tsteve9999 456
Big every time for me, but there again the warrens we ferret are rarely more than a couple of feet deep, so easy to dig to. I find small jills are pulled everywhere and take ages to kill what they latch onto whereas my hobs will have a rabbit dead in a short while, It's then just a case of using the locater and a quick dig. I'd never use a muzzle, just in case the ferret met something it needed to defend itself from. Quote Link to post
pie-eater 377
I like bigish jills and small hobs. My current best worker is a small hob. Ive never used a muzzle I dont see the need for them. Hows a ferret supposed to persuade a stubborn rabbit to bolt without using teeth? Quote Link to post

Guest vin
its not the size that matters...its how ya use it any shape or size or colour as long as they go down deep and know what there looking for. Quote Link to post
