blue staffy 145 Posted June 16, 2012 Report Share Posted June 16, 2012 looking for some advice folks , there is a local fishing comp shortly and there is always to many mackrel caught for folk to take away so i'm going to get a load for the dogs , do you think minceing them whole would be alright for the dogs ? Millet 4,497 Posted June 19, 2012 Report Share Posted June 19, 2012 When i get offered any i snap them up straight away..i cook them in tinfoil in the oven and the dog's go mental for them aswell as me.. ..ive never thought about mincing them but i might give it a go mixed with rabbit.. I was really chuffed that i was up early and caught a decent mullet from the beech for breakfast, so left it on the boat trailer and went down to the moorings to check the boat hadn't moved overnight. Came back to the dog sat with this fecking great Mullet between her paws eating it fom the head down... was like a scene from a cartoon..............
